Sins of the Tongue

Originally, the thought was to have dishonesty, slander, and gossip be separate collections. After prayer and consideration, all three of those are like a snake in the grass, which felt like a perfect symbol for Sins of the Tongue. With the dagger coming out of its mouth, it is a strong reminder that our words have impact, no matter how innocent they may seem. We’ve all been there- a quick comment here, a little white lie there. Ephesians 4:29 reminds us to watch what we say.
